Bryan Rishforth is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Graphite GTC, where he leads commercial and technology development strategy. With over 30 years of experience across federal, technology, software, commercial, and higher education sectors, he brings a global perspective shaped by work in 50+ countries.

He began his career in engineering and global operations at General Electric, later holding leadership roles in GE Capital, GE Aviation, and GE Energy. His work included global expansion, product development, modernization, and M&A efforts, ultimately serving as Chief Risk Officer of GE Aviation and GM of GE Energy’s Water & Technology Services. After GE, Bryan joined Cerberus Capital Management as a senior executive, advising on operations and buyouts across 60+ portfolio companies with $26B under management.

He serves on the board of Drexel University’s Close School of Entrepreneurship, where he helped shape the integrated STEM curriculum and now teaches as an Adjunct Professor. Bryan is also a founding board member of TiE Philadelphia, chairs its Charter Membership and Angel Fund Committees, and is an active supporter of the Travis Manion Foundation, Union League of Philadelphia, and Freedom Council of Valley Forge.

Chris is a seasoned C-level executive and visionary with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and software development industries. Mr. Gali has successfully developed a policy administration system for the insurance industry that was acquired by Oracle in 2008. His innate ability to anticipate business needs and think outside the box has proven successful in his development of Graphite AI Studio™. His proven team leadership skills are invaluable in creating and motivating a cohesive startup team. Chris holds an MS in Computer Science from Temple University as well as an MS in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s College (Trichy, India).

Scott Latham is a dynamic entrepreneur, accomplished executive, and strategic investor who serves as Chief Operating Officer at Graphite GTC, a leading provider of no-code application development and custom software solutions. At Graphite GTC, Scott drives operational strategy, empowering Fortune 100-500 companies and U.S. government agencies to build mission-critical enterprise applications supporting regulatory, financial, and operational needs. Graphite's platform and custom solutions power pharmaceutical governance, regulatory systems, and financial applications, managing over $400 billion in funding and servicing more than $100 billion in loans. The company is deeply embedded in U.S. government operations, delivering secure, scalable, and impactful software solutions.

Throughout his career, Scott has built, scaled, and led transformative businesses across fashion, technology, real estate, and investment, earning a reputation for his innovative vision and operational excellence. Recognized for his entrepreneurial success, Scott became an Operating Partner at R&R Global Partners, advising on growth strategies, M&A, and operational improvements across technology, healthcare, and real estate. He also sits on the firm’s investment committee, overseeing multi-industry ventures.

With over 20 years of experience in Software Development transforming businesses, his expertise includes growing development teams and technology to maturity. Shawn has proven success developing enterprise mission-critical software across many industries. His innate ability to anticipate business needs and think outside the box has proven successful in his development of Graphite AI Studio™. He has held positions at AdminServer, Oracle, FAST, and is a founding member of Graphite GTC. He has an MS in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Srinivas is a seasoned technology executive and business strategist with over 20 years of executive experience in the software and technology industry, with significant experience across GTM strategy, business development, and private equity value creation. He specializes in technology-enabled business transformation and value creation for large enterprises, PE-backed portfolio companies, and high-growth startups. During his tenure at SAP, Mr. Rapthadu built and managed the global McKinsey alliance and led global Private Equity channel sales initiatives. His extensive product experience includes serving as HANA Product Manager and Steering Committee Operations Leader for Leonardo & Analytics board area, where he led portfolio steering committees encompassing cross-functional teams and made strategic trade-off decisions for AI/ML, IoT, and emerging technologies. Srinivas has deep customer-facing experience, leading critical board-level customer escalations and establishing customer success playbooks across SAP's global portfolio. His proven ability to bridge complex technical challenges with strategic business outcomes has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career. Srinivas holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from India, and an Executive MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

David Borek is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in product and services management across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and federal sectors. With deep expertise in driving digital transformation, data strategy, and enterprise system implementation, David has led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, David excels in guiding organizations through modernization efforts, integrating data-driven insights, and optimizing product roadmaps for long-term success. David graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia and is a certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master, bringing agile methodologies and strategic leadership to complex technology initiatives.

As GraphiteGTC’s Senior Network/System/Cloud Administrator, Ed has strong experience managing server infrastructures across Windows, Unix, Linux, and Mac OS platforms and VMware/Hyper-V. In addition he has strong expertise in AWS/Azure cloud-based infrastructure. His duties and responsibilities also include managing the company’s Active Directory, TFS, Office 365, routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewall appliances. His contributions also include several features and enhancements to the GraphiteGTC platform. Ed has held senior leadership positions with both Oracle and AdminServer. Ed received his formal computer education at Drexel University.

Matt is the lead architect on the Graphite platform with over 17 years of experience. Adept at application development, testing, and optimization as well as experience with mobile application development, he has coordinated ground-up planning, programming and implementation for large enterprise applications. He has held positions at AdminServer, Oracle, FAST, EquiSoft and helped start Graphite GTC. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Widener University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Now he continues to ensure the Graphite platform supports the latest available technologies and remains the cutting edge tool it is.
